Driver will be there at your pick-up location. You will be provided with driver details 12 hours prior to pick-up time. Waiting time will be 20 minutes. In the Booking Voucher you will have contact details of 24/7 working operation team. You can contact them any time during your travel for hassle free pick up.

• Full Day will consist of 10-hrs. On completion of Full day, the driver will leave you back at your accommodation.

• 20 minutes waiting time at provided location and after 20 minutes there will be no show without any refund/ reschedule.
• Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund, except (transfer charges will apply). If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
• If your Pick up or drop-off location is outside the above mention areas it will cost additional charges.
• In the event of FIT booking for Excursions, Cancellation will be done for Arrivals and Departures transfers only 24 hours prior to service and if it’s less than 24 hours then cancellation will be applicable as 50% amount of transfer.
• Cancellation of Full Day, Half Day and Others Excursions booking should be before 24-hours of services booked date and if it is less than 24 hours than 100% charges of booking will be applied.
• All FIT bookings, any no show of the guest will be 100% chargeable.
• For Group booking there will be no cancelation charges/ fee If cancellation will be requested 05-working days prior to services booking date.
