- Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund, except (transfer charges will apply). If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
- If your Pick up or drop-off location is outside the above mention areas it will cost additional charges.
- In the event of FIT booking for Excursions, Cancellation will be done for Arrivals and Departures transfers only 24 hours prior to service and if it’s less than 24 hours then cancellation will be applicable as 50% amount of transfer.
- Cancellation of Full Day, Half Day and Others Excursions booking should be before 24-hours of services booked date and if it is less than 24 hours than 100% charges of booking will be applied.
